What we do
We are national leaders in the manufacturing of plastic profiles for various sectors. With over three decades of experience in extrusion and co-extrusion processes, our team is highly skilled in developing, producing, and delivering products of exceptional quality.
We offer a wide variety of materials for extrusion, including simultaneous extrusion of two thermoplastics. Our technicians posses the necessary expertise to produce rigid or flexible thermoplastic profiles in various sizes, shapes and colors.
To assist our clients in achieving the ideal product while optimizing costs and processes, we have an in-house tooling department that allows us to develop molds with agility. Furthermore we engage in concurrent engineering and utilize 3D printers to enable our clients to review their desings before mold fabrication and large-scale production. This way, we ensure that the final product meets their expectations and is of high quality.

We opened our doors in 1985 in Canoinhas, Santa Catarina - Brasil, and after one year of operation, we moved to Joinville. We tripled our manufacturing facility and expanded our operations, producing thermoplastic profiles with high levels of quality. We have solidified our position in the market as the main supplier of customized plastic profiles, serving various renowned national and multinational companies.

Occupying an area of 10,000 square meters, located in the North Industrial District of Joinville - SC. Uniplast boasts 18 modern extrusion lines and a team of over 150 dedicated collaborators working in three production shifts, enabling us to process up to 500 tons of various thermoplastics per month.
